Requirements

A clean driving record and reliable source of transportation is required.
High School or GED required.
Self-motivated with a desire to build great relationships and to meet and exceed goals.
Ability to multitask while on the phone and the computer is necessary.
Able to adapt to change and pivot quickly between tasks.
Ability to work quickly and accurately to meet tight deadlines.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills for communicating with insurance companies, attorneys, and medical providers.
Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with databases, spreadsheets, and word processing.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of or experience with the personal injury legal process, medical billing, or insurance claims processing is a plus.

Responsibilities

Managing and filing medical liens for patients involved in personal injury claims.
Coordinating with Healthcare Providers to obtain necessary documentation, such as medical records and billing information.
Communicating with Legal Professionals.
Providing Patient Support and record keeping.
Filing liens either in person or online.
Working collaboratively with other team members within the organization to streamline processes and improve the overall effectiveness of lien management.
Working collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
