Capitol Services is seeking a Lien Researcher to join their growing team in Austin, TX. This role involves processing orders related to public record research and filing on a full-time basis, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with coworkers, correspondents, jurisdiction employees, and others in a timely, effective, and professional manner.
  • Utilize Capitol Services’ Order Entry system for processing client orders.
  • Follow system prompts related to client preferences, Finance department warnings, and other information closely.
  • Access public record websites for the purpose of researching filed liens and litigation.
  • Follow established reporting guidelines when building lien search reports based on evidence received.
  • Submit prepared filings to correspondents or state/county offices directly for filing.
  • Maintain clear records throughout transactions to ensure accurate results and invoicing.
  • Provide training to new hires within the department.
