About The Position

This is a remote position based out of Oklahoma City and requires some travel. A clean driving record and reliable source of transportation is required.

Requirements

• High School or GED required.
• A clean driving record and reliable source of transportation is required.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with databases, spreadsheets, and word processing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for communicating with insurance companies, attorneys, and medical providers.
• Ability to multitask while on the phone and the computer is necessary.
• Able to adapt to change and pivot quickly between tasks.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately to meet tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated with a desire to build great relationships and to meet and exceed goals.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of or experience with the personal injury legal process, medical billing, or insurance claims processing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and file medical liens for patients involved in personal injury claims.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to obtain necessary documentation (medical records, billing information).
• Communicate with legal professionals.
• Provide patient support and maintain records.
• Ensure lien filing compliance and adherence to policy.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve lien management effectiveness.
• File liens either in person or online.
• Work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
• Multitask while on the phone and computer.
• Adapt to change and pivot quickly between tasks.
• Work quickly and accurately to meet tight deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with insurance companies, attorneys, and medical providers.
