About The Position
This is a full-time position on the first shift at the AAMC Lab.
Requirements
- Associate degree in a laboratory science, or medical laboratory technology from an accredited institution OR Official military medical laboratory procedures course of at least 50 weeks duration and holds/held the military enlisted occupational specialty of Medical Laboratory Specialist.
- MLT: ASCP registered or eligible
- Walking or standing up to eighty percent of the work time.
- Subject to frequent changes in priority of duties throughout the day.
- Occasional exposure to hazardous materials.
- External applicants, as well as position incumbents who become disabled, must be able to perform the essential functions, either unaided or with the assistance of a reasonable accommodation to be determined on a case by case basis.
