About The Position
The Social Worker will provide services within the AAMC Community Health program. This is a full-time position during the first shift.
Requirements
- Master of Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program required or Bachelor of Social Work (BSN) with significant relevant experience may be considered.
- Minimum two (2) years of social work experience in a healthcare, hospital, or community health setting preferred.
- Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the state of South Carolina in good standings, required at time of hire.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with geriatric populations, long-term care navigation, or community health access programs strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, PACE, and South Carolina assistance programs highly desirable.
- Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) preferred; supervision toward LISW available if eligible.
