The College of Osteopathic Medicine at Xavier University (XUCOM), a Catholic University in the Jesuit tradition, invites applications for a 12-month position beginning in the late summer/early fall 2026. The Medical Education Specialist assists in the development and coordination of elements related to the Office of Medical Education, including the administration of the first-year DO pre-clinical curriculum as well as the Master of Arts in Biomedical Science curriculum. This position supports faculty classroom instruction and testing including the compiling and formatting of exams, administering exams, assisting in maintaining accurate grades, posting of all teaching materials to Canvas courses, and administering class assessments. This position works closely with the Associate Dean for Curricular Assessment and Quality and reports to the Director of Medical Education. The Medical Education Specialist will have significant interaction with both students and faculty, and an amicable, professional demeanor is essential. XUCOM is the first osteopathic medical school at a Jesuit Catholic University.
