About The Position

West Chester Veterinary Care is a two-doctor practice built on thoughtful, personalized medicine and a team culture where everyone truly belongs. Our veterinarians, technicians, and support staff work closely together, sharing expertise and collaborating on cases so every patient benefits from the full depth of the team's knowledge. This role offers the opportunity to mentor, coach, and empower the clinical team, foster a collaborative and supportive environment, and enjoy clinical independence to shape the hospital's direction. You will expand your professional influence through curated Doctor Programs, collaborative peer summits, and direct access to our Medical Advisory Board. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive and compassionate care for pets and their people, performing physical examinations, wellness care, preventive medicine, diagnosing and treating medical conditions, developing preventive healthcare and vaccination plans, performing routine soft tissue surgeries and/or dental procedures, and partnering with pet owners to educate them on treatment options, nutrition, and preventive care.

Requirements

  • Experienced veterinarian with 5+ years of practice.

  • Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
  • Ability to empower doctors to practice with clinical autonomy and maintain high standards of medical excellence.
