Medical Courier/Delivery Driver

About The Position
OnWay Transport is seeking independent contractor delivery drivers to deliver time-sensitive, life-saving medical supplies, including medical supplies and platelet boxes, on demand. Drivers may use a car, SUV, mini van, cargo van, or Sprinter van. Work is described as 24/7, 365 days a year, with flexibility. Compensation is $0.55–$0.90 per mile round trip, depending on the assignment. The role offers independent contractor flexibility and meaningful work supporting hospitals and labs, along with a $50 driver referral bonus.
Requirements
- Independent Contractor status.
- Be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver's license.
- Have a clean and current Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Have valid vehicle registration and insurance.
- Have strong time management and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Safely and promptly deliver medical supplies and platelet boxes.
- Follow GPS routing and delivery instructions accurately.
- Use a mobile delivery app to accept and track assignments.
- Perform light physical activity, including lifting, bending, and carrying.
- Represent the company with professionalism and courtesy.
