About The Position

Salud Revenue Partners is hiring an energetic, detail-oriented team player for a full-time Account Representative position focused on medical billing and account resolution. The role involves billing and collecting for medical services, working with insurance companies to resolve delays, and auditing accounts to ensure responsible parties make appropriate payments and to identify revenue leakage. The representative also serves as a liaison for Salud clients, communicating with client departments, third-party carriers, and the general public in accordance with Salud's service standards, mission, and vision.

The position offers flexible hours Monday through Friday. Work takes place in a professional cubicle office environment or a secure home office setting. Candidates must live in one of the following states: Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Virginia. The position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

• Be driven to learn proactively.

• Have strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
• Be able to learn computer programs and websites quickly.
• Possess strong problem-solving skills.
• Be willing to work in a cubicle office environment with little face-to-face public interaction.
• Knowledge of insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare in a hospital and/or physician office setting.

Nice To Haves

• CPT/ICD-10 coding knowledge.

Responsibilities
