About The Position

QualDerm Partners is hiring a Dermatology Medical Assistant for its Voorhees, New Jersey team. The role is part of the clinical staff and supports high-quality patient care and smooth practice operations. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective patient interactions.
• Ability to manage sensitive patient information with utmost confidentiality.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a medical setting.

Nice To Haves

• Medical Assistant certification.
• Previous experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar clinical role.
• Understanding of medical terminology related to dermatology.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examinations by taking vital signs and documenting comprehensive medical histories.
• Assist physicians during patient examinations and procedures by providing necessary tools and support.
• Perform basic laboratory tests and collect specimens for analysis.
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Manage appointment scheduling and support effective communication within the practice.
• Educate patients about treatment plans, medication administration, and skincare routines.
• Keep examination rooms clean, organized, and stocked with required medical supplies.
