About The Position

Frontier Dermatology is hiring a Medical Assistant for its Poulsbo location. The Medical Assistant supports providers in a dermatology practice and performs a variety of patient-care tasks in a fast-paced environment. The role includes rooming patients, assisting providers with procedures, providing patient education, and completing daily patient tasks. The typical schedule is Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The hourly wage range is $25.00–$31.00, depending on factors including work experience, transferable skills, business needs, and geographic market availability. Certified Medical Assistants are eligible for a $2,000 sign-on bonus paid in installments.

Requirements

• Be certified or registered as a Medical Assistant through the Washington State Department of Health.
• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Have 1–3 months of related healthcare experience or trade school equivalent.
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Be highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities
