About The Position

Make a Bigger Impact as a Medical Assistant—Out in the Community. This is a State Travel Role, field-based in Hamilton County, TN. The role focuses on preventive care, completing Annual Wellness Visits (Medicare) and Well-Child Visits, and building meaningful patient relationships through unrushed visits in patients' homes. You will support seniors and families by documenting visits using modern EMR tools.

Requirements

• 1+ year of Medical Assistant experience
• Medical Assistant credential, certification, diploma, or equivalent qualification
• Hands-on clinical Medical Assistant experience
• Comfortable traveling daily to patient homes
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Open to statewide travel throughout Tennessee as needed

Nice To Haves

• Experience conducting Annual Wellness Visits
• Experience conducting Well-Child Visits
• Prior home visit, mobile care, field-based, or community health experience

Responsibilities
