About The Position

This is a field-based Medical Assistant role focused on bringing preventive healthcare directly to patients in their homes across Tennessee. The position involves conducting Annual Wellness Visits (Medicare) and Well-Child Visits, emphasizing preventive care and building meaningful patient relationships through unrushed visits. The role supports seniors and families by identifying health concerns early and improving access to care within communities. Documentation is performed using modern EMR tools.

Requirements

• 1+ year of Medical Assistant experience
• Medical Assistant credential, certification, diploma, or equivalent qualification
• Hands-on clinical Medical Assistant experience
• Comfortable traveling daily to patient homes
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Open to statewide travel throughout Tennessee as needed

Nice To Haves

• Experience conducting Annual Wellness Visits
• Experience conducting Well-Child Visits
• Prior home visit, mobile care, field-based, or community health experience
