About The Position

This is a field-based Medical Assistant role focused on bringing preventive healthcare directly to patients in their homes. The primary responsibilities include conducting Annual Wellness Visits for Medicare patients and Well-Child Visits, emphasizing preventive care and building meaningful patient relationships through unrushed visits. The role supports seniors and families in their homes and requires documentation using modern EMR tools. The position is designed for individuals who enjoy working independently, prefer being on the road, and are comfortable with travel.

Requirements

• 1+ year of Medical Assistant experience
• Medical Assistant credential, certification, diploma, or equivalent qualification
• Hands-on clinical Medical Assistant experience
• Comfortable traveling daily to patient homes
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Open to statewide travel throughout Tennessee as needed

Nice To Haves

• Experience conducting Annual Wellness Visits
• Experience conducting Well-Child Visits
• Prior home visit, mobile care, field-based, or community health experience
