About The Position

Make a Bigger Impact as a Medical Assistant—Out in the Community. This is a field-based, travel role where you will visit patients in their homes to complete Annual Wellness Visits (Medicare) and Well-Child Visits. The focus is on preventive care, not urgent care, allowing for meaningful patient relationships with unrushed visits. You will support seniors and families in their homes and document visits using modern EMR tools. This role helps seniors stay healthier and independent by bringing preventive healthcare directly to their homes, identifying health concerns early and improving access to care for communities across Arkansas and nearby coverage areas.

Requirements

• 1+ year of Medical Assistant experience
• Medical Assistant credential, certification, diploma, or equivalent qualification
• Hands-on clinical Medical Assistant experience
• Comfortable traveling daily to patient homes
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Open to travel throughout Arkansas and nearby states as needed

Nice To Haves

• Experience conducting Annual Wellness Visits
• Experience conducting Well-Child Visits
• Prior home visit, mobile care, field-based, or community health experience
