About The Position

Make a Bigger Impact as a Medical Assistant—Out in the Community. This field-based role involves visiting patients in their homes to complete Annual Wellness Visits (Medicare) and Well-Child Visits, focusing on preventive care. The position emphasizes building meaningful patient relationships through unrushed visits and supporting seniors and families in their homes. Documentation will be completed using modern EMR tools. The role is designed for individuals who enjoy working independently, prefer being on the road, and are comfortable with statewide travel throughout Colorado. The work aims to help seniors stay healthier and independent by bringing preventive healthcare directly to their homes, identifying health concerns early, and improving access to care for communities across Colorado.

Requirements

• 1+ year of Medical Assistant experience
• Medical Assistant credential, certification, diploma, or equivalent qualification
• Hands-on clinical Medical Assistant experience
• Comfortable traveling daily to patient homes
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Open to statewide travel throughout Colorado as needed

Nice To Haves

• Experience conducting Annual Wellness Visits
• Experience conducting Well-Child Visits
• Prior home visit, mobile care, field-based, or community health experience
