About The Position

Make a Bigger Impact as a Medical Assistant—Out in the Community. This field-based role involves visiting patients in their homes to complete Annual Wellness Visits (Medicare) and Well-Child Visits, focusing on preventive care. The position emphasizes building meaningful patient relationships through unrushed visits and supporting seniors and families in their homes. You will document visits using modern EMR tools.

Requirements

• 1+ year of Medical Assistant experience
• Medical Assistant credential, certification, diploma, or equivalent qualification
• Hands-on clinical Medical Assistant experience
• Comfortable traveling daily to patient homes
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Open to statewide travel throughout Colorado as needed

Nice To Haves

• Experience conducting Annual Wellness Visits
• Experience conducting Well-Child Visits
• Prior home visit, mobile care, field-based, or community health experience

Responsibilities
