About The Position

Make a Bigger Impact as a Medical Assistant—Out in the Community. This is a field-based, statewide travel role where you will visit patients in their homes to complete Annual Wellness Visits (Medicare) and Well-Child Visits. The focus is on preventive care, building meaningful patient relationships with unrushed visits, and supporting seniors and families in their homes. You will document visits using modern EMR tools.

Requirements

• 1+ year of Medical Assistant experience
• Medical Assistant credential, certification, diploma, or equivalent qualification
• Hands-on clinical Medical Assistant experience
• Comfortable traveling daily to patient homes
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Open to statewide travel throughout Colorado as needed

Nice To Haves

• Experience conducting Annual Wellness Visits
• Experience conducting Well-Child Visits
• Prior home visit, mobile care, field-based, or community health experience
