About The Position

Make a Bigger Impact as a Medical Assistant—Out in the Community. This is a field-based, statewide travel role where you will visit patients in their homes, not exam rooms. The focus is on preventive care, not urgent care, allowing for meaningful patient relationships with unrushed visits. You will support seniors and families in their homes and document visits using modern EMR tools. This role is designed for individuals who enjoy working independently, prefer being on the road, and are comfortable with statewide travel-based field work, seeking meaningful, patient-focused work with a clear purpose.

Requirements

• 1+ year of Medical Assistant experience
• CMA, RMA, or equivalent Medical Assistant credential
• 6+ months of primary care or internal medicine experience
• Comfortable traveling daily to patient homes
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Open to statewide travel throughout Alabama as needed

Nice To Haves

• Experience conducting Annual Wellness Visits
• Experience conducting Well-Child Visits

Responsibilities
