About The Position

This is a field-based, travel role for a Medical Assistant focused on bringing preventive healthcare directly to patients in their homes. The primary responsibilities include conducting Annual Wellness Visits (Medicare) and Well-Child Visits, focusing on preventive care rather than urgent care. The role emphasizes building meaningful patient relationships through unrushed visits and supporting seniors and families in their homes. Documentation will be done using modern EMR tools. The goal is to help seniors stay healthier and independent by identifying health concerns early and improving access to care for communities across Arkansas and nearby coverage areas.

Requirements

• 1+ year of Medical Assistant experience
• Medical Assistant credential, certification, diploma, or equivalent qualification
• Hands-on clinical Medical Assistant experience
• Comfortable traveling daily to patient homes
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Open to travel throughout Arkansas and nearby states as needed

Nice To Haves

• Experience conducting Annual Wellness Visits
• Experience conducting Well-Child Visits
• Prior home visit, mobile care, field-based, or community health experience
