About The Position

Make a Bigger Impact as a Medical Assistant—Out in the Community. This is a travel role where you will visit patients in their homes to complete Annual Wellness Visits (Medicare) and Well-Child Visits. The focus is on preventive care, not urgent care. You will build meaningful patient relationships with unrushed visits, support seniors and families in their homes, and document visits using modern EMR tools. This field-based role allows you to help seniors stay healthier and independent by bringing preventive healthcare directly to their homes. Your work helps identify health concerns early and improves access to care for communities across Colorado and nearby coverage areas.

Requirements

• 1+ year of Medical Assistant experience
• Medical Assistant credential, certification, diploma, or equivalent qualification
• Hands-on clinical Medical Assistant experience
• Comfortable traveling daily to patient homes
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Open to travel throughout Colorado and nearby states as needed

Nice To Haves

• Experience conducting Annual Wellness Visits
• Experience conducting Well-Child Visits
• Prior home visit, mobile care, field-based, or community health experience
