About The Position

Join the team as a Medical Assistant supporting physicians and helping ensure smooth patient flow and exceptional patient care. The role provides direct support to physicians, enhances patient care through efficient patient flow, promotes customer satisfaction and appropriate care, and maximizes physician productivity. Accurate and detailed documentation is a core responsibility. Duties include clinic preparation; collecting and documenting vital signs and patient history; participating in basic patient care, including procedures, casting, splinting, dispensing durable medical equipment (DME), and suture removal as dictated by staffing needs; providing patient education materials; organizing and maintaining exam-room supplies; and managing medical supplies and inventory.

Requirements

• Provide direct support to the physician and facilitate efficient patient flow.
• Capture accurate and detailed documentation.
• Promote customer satisfaction and appropriate care for patients.
• Participate in basic patient care tasks as dictated by staffing needs.

Nice To Haves

• Certification such as LPN, CNA, CMA, or ATC.
• One to two years of experience in orthopaedics.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
