About The Position

The Medical Assistant supports the Nampa South Family Medicine Clinic by providing direct patient care alongside providers, supporting the Patient Centered Medical Home model of care, and maintaining accurate and complete documentation in patients’ medical records. The position is full-time, scheduled for 40 hours per week on the daytime shift, with negligible travel. Requirements

• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant training program.
• Current certification through American Medical Technologists, the American Association of Medical Assistants, or the American Registry of Medical Assistants.
• Entry-level role; previous medical assistant experience is required.
• Comply with the organization’s tobacco-free workplace policy.
• Required immunizations for all staff, including an annual influenza vaccine; newly hired staff unable to receive vaccination for medical reasons or sincerely held religious beliefs must apply for an exemption before employment.

• Previous experience in a primary care clinic or outpatient setting.
