About The Position

Make a Bigger Impact as a Medical Assistant—Out in the Community. This role involves visiting patients in their homes to complete Annual Wellness Visits (Medicare) and Well-Child Visits, focusing on preventive care and building meaningful patient relationships through unrushed visits. You will support seniors and families in their homes and document visits using modern EMR tools. This is a field-based, statewide travel role based in Colorado, with home visits starting in Mesa County, CO. Travel may extend throughout Colorado based on patient needs.

Requirements

• 1+ year of Medical Assistant experience
• Medical Assistant credential, certification, diploma, or equivalent qualification
• Hands-on clinical Medical Assistant experience
• Comfortable traveling daily to patient homes
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Open to statewide travel throughout Colorado as needed

Nice To Haves

• Experience conducting Annual Wellness Visits
• Experience conducting Well-Child Visits
• Prior home visit, mobile care, field-based, or community health experience
