About The Position
This is a field-based Medical Assistant role requiring statewide travel in Wisconsin. The position focuses on providing care in patients' homes, completing Annual Wellness Visits (Medicare) and Well-Child Visits. The role emphasizes prevention and building patient relationships, offering a less rushed approach than traditional clinic settings. Medical Assistants will support seniors and families at home and utilize modern EMR tools for documentation.
Requirements
- 1+ year Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)
- 6+ months primary care or internal medicine experience
- Comfortable with daily travel to homes
- Reliable vehicle
- Valid driver's license
Nice To Haves
- Experience with AWVs or Well-Child Visits
