About The Position

Motykie Med Spa is seeking an experienced, energetic, and patient-focused Medical Assistant to join our aesthetics and regenerative medicine team in West Hollywood. This hands-on role supports the complete patient experience, from check-in and clinical photography to room preparation, charting assistance, and checkout. The ideal candidate is polished, organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing clinical and administrative duties in a fast-paced luxury medical environment.

Requirements

  • At least one year of Medical Assistant experience, preferably in a medical spa, plastic surgery, dermatology, wellness, or aesthetics practice
  • Medical Assistant certification preferred
  • Experience assisting with injectables, lasers, microneedling, IV therapy, peptides, facials, or regenerative treatments is a plus
  • Experience taking standardized clinical photographs preferred
  • Familiarity with EMR systems and accurate patient charting; Nextech experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and a warm, polished bedside manner
  • Professional appearance and commitment to elevated patient service
  • Comfortable assisting with both front- and back-office responsibilities
  • Highly organized, dependable, and attentive to detail
  • Able to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to perform room turnover, stocking, sanitizing, and light cleaning
  • Comfortable discussing services and making appropriate product or treatment recommendations
  • Genuine interest in aesthetics, wellness, longevity, and regenerative medicine
  • Ability to maintain discretion with high-profile and VIP patients

Responsibilities

  • Welcome, check in, and escort patients to treatment rooms
  • Answer phones and assist with scheduling and general patient questions
  • Take consistent before-and-after photographs
  • Collect patient histories, consent forms, and vital signs as directed
  • Assist nurses and providers with charting and clinical documentation
  • Prepare, clean, stock, and turn over treatment rooms
  • Assist during aesthetic, wellness, IV, and regenerative treatments as permitted
  • Review provider-directed pre- and post-treatment instructions
  • Ensure charts, photographs, and consent forms are complete
  • Monitor clinical supplies and communicate inventory needs
  • Maintain clean, organized, and properly sanitized clinical areas
  • Assist with checkout, follow-up appointments, and product recommendations
  • Support appropriate patient photography and content capture as requested
  • Protect patient privacy and follow HIPAA, safety, and infection-control requirements
  • Collaborate with providers, nurses, patient coordinators, and management
  • Perform additional clinical and administrative duties as needed
