About The Position

Support the care team at Aurora Medical Group’s Menomonee Falls urology clinic by performing clinical and administrative tasks vital to patient care. You will work with physicians, nurses, and other teammates to provide coordinated care. The position is based in a urology clinic in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. The clinic’s urologists diagnose and treat conditions involving the urinary tract, kidneys, prostate, and bladder, and perform procedures including prostate surgery and vasectomy-related procedures. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; hours may vary with providers’ schedules. The position is full-time, with 32 hours per week. Compensation is listed as $21.85–$32.80 per hour for a Medical Assistant and $24.10–$36.15 per hour for an LPN. Actual compensation depends on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and/or training. Physical requirements include frequently sitting, standing, walking, lifting, squatting, bending, reaching above the shoulders, and twisting; supporting up to 35 pounds; pushing or pulling with 30 pounds of force; and performing a 150-pound sliding transfer with a second person. The role also requires functional speech, vision, hearing, and touch; fine hand manipulation for procedures; operating foot pedals; responding quickly to changes in patient or unit conditions; and potentially performing patient safety interventions. Exposure to chemicals, hazardous waste, blood, body fluids, and communicable diseases may occur, so protective equipment must be worn as needed.
