About The Position

Best Version Media is hiring a Media Sales Representative to build and grow a community magazine and local advertising business in their area. The role begins as an Associate Publisher, selling community magazine placements, digital ads, and online presence solutions to local businesses. After the magazine reaches its revenue baseline, the Associate Publisher can graduate to Publisher, earning 70% commission on collected sales above baseline, with the potential to earn up to 80% through performance incentives. The position is a 100% commission, independent-contractor business with uncapped, cumulative income, no start-up costs, and a schedule the representative controls. Bonus earnings are available while building the business. Best Version Media provides structured training, daily live coaching, and local leadership support.

Requirements

• Bring sales ability or motivation to develop it; prospecting, negotiating, and closing experience is helpful but not required.
• Have personal transportation, a phone, a laptop, and reliable internet.
• Have a genuine interest in building and nurturing local business relationships.
• Be prepared to make the business a primary professional focus during the build.

• Experience in outside sales, door-to-door sales, real estate, or insurance.
• Experience serving the public in retail, hospitality, education, or healthcare.
