The role begins as an Associate Publisher, selling advertising and helping local businesses reach nearby households through community magazine placements, digital ads, and online presence solutions. After the magazine reaches its revenue baseline, the representative can advance to Publisher and earn 70% commission on collected sales above baseline, with the potential to earn up to 80% through performance incentives. The opportunity is a 100% commission, independent-contractor business with uncapped cumulative income, no startup costs, and a schedule the representative controls. Year-one earning potential is stated as $65,000+, and year-two potential as $150,000+. Top performers may exceed $1,000,000 in annual sales volume. The company provides structured training, daily live coaching, and local leadership support.
Requirements
- Bring sales ability or motivation to develop it; prospecting, negotiating, and closing experience is helpful but not required.
- Have personal transportation, a phone, a laptop, and reliable internet.
- Have a genuine interest in building and nurturing local business relationships.
