About The Position

Best Version Media is hiring a community-focused outside sales professional to build and run a local community magazine business as an Associate Publisher, with the opportunity to advance to Publisher when the magazine reaches its revenue baseline. The role involves meeting local business owners in person and designing coordinated marketing programs that combine magazine placements, digital advertising, and online presence solutions. The position is a 100% commission independent-contractor business with uncapped, cumulative earning potential, no start-up costs, and a schedule the representative controls. Associates receive bonus earnings while building their magazine; Publishers earn 70% commission on collected sales above baseline, with the opportunity to earn up to 80% through performance incentives. The company provides structured training, daily live coaching, and support from local leadership.

Requirements
