About The Position

Response Media, one of North America’s leading digital media and relationship marketing agencies, is looking for a savvy Campaign Manager who can drive new levels of client success through their digital media and Ad Ops expertise. The qualified candidate will launch, execute, manage, report and optimize a wide variety of digital media campaigns. Through hands-on coordination with all resource teams internally and on the client side, this role will serve as the primary day-to-day manager of large scale digital media campaigns for our Fortune 1000 clients.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in digital media Ad Ops, preferably in an agency environment
  • Direct experience with Google Analytics, SEM, Paid Social, DCM (or similar ad serving platforms)
  • Ability to understand and media tracking reports, scorecards, and backend metrics.
  • Ability to prioritize and successfully manage multiple on-going projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to analyze and identify requirements and trends key to meeting campaign goals. Anticipate potential problems and identify alternative solutions.
  • Ability to organize thoughts in logical, clear and concise manner. High level of PowerPoint proficiency.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and workflows.
  • BA/BS or higher (in Marketing/Advertising a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Setup, manage, and optimize digital media campaigns encompassing Display, Co-Reg, Social, Search, Email, and other paid media channels.
  • Work with media, creative, and technology teams to attain necessary resources and assets to build and execute digital media campaigns.
  • Setup and traffic ads and tracking tags across ad serving platforms, media providers, client sites/ landing pages, and web services.
  • Verify and document appropriate creative units launched for campaigns.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign progress utilizing agency web services, site analytics, DCM, and campaign dashboards/reports.
  • Build and prepare weekly agenda, tracking, and forecast reports on campaign progress and optimizations.
  • Act as the liaison and maintain transparent communication between media vendors, the client, and agency teams.
  • Create and execute media Insertion Orders and Change Orders
  • Negotiate media pricing and program offers to meet clients’ needs as well as campaign objectives.
  • Assist with campaign wrap reports by contributing knowledge and insights.
  • Contribute ideas on how to improve the workplace, relevant trends and findings in the digital media industry, and/or ways to improve individual work quality/efficiency.
  • Perform monthly billing and invoice reconciliation. Update providers on their progress/pacing.
