They will work closely with the Public Information Officer, directly supporting them in utilizing media and communications strategically to achieve organizational goals through assigned projects. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate within a dynamic government organization, providing valuable experience and an insider's view into the workings of the communications division. The ideal candidate should be highly creative, proficient in visual content creation and storytelling, and skilled in leveraging new communication tools, artistry, and channels to effectively engage both internal and external audiences. The Communications Director supports a full range of initiatives that may include areas such as public relations, internal communications and government relations.
