About The Position

At Vortex, we design, innovate, and manufacture world-class splash pads and aquatic play environments for communities across the globe. We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and hands-on Communications & Digital Media Manager to join our collaborative marketing team for a 1-year contract. Requirements

  • University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in communications, digital marketing, or a similar role
  • Strong experience managing digital campaigns, content, email marketing, and social platforms
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, WordPress, Meta Business Suite, SEO, and paid media platforms
  • Excellent project coordination and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
  • Bilingual proficiency in both French and English is essential (Intermediate level of English is required).
  • Proficiency in English is required for this role as approximately 40% of the responsibilities involve regular communication with stakeholders based in the United States and Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated communication strategies aligned with business goals
  • Ensure consistency of brand voice and messaging across all platforms
  • Create and manage corporate communications including digital content, advertising, videos, and press releases
  • Help strengthen and elevate our global brand presence
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives across social media, website, and email platforms
  • Manage and optimize paid digital and social campaigns
  • Support SEO initiatives and website content optimization
  • Maintain and update website content to enhance user experience and engagement
  • Coordinate the creation of multimedia content including blogs, videos, and visual storytelling assets
  • Collaborate with external agencies and digital partners to maximize campaign performance
  • Design and execute lead generation campaigns that attract and nurture prospects
  • Manage newsletters and email marketing campaigns
  • Optimize landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action to improve conversion rates
  • Support marketing automation workflows and campaign tracking within HubSpot
  • Monitor campaign analytics and provide actionable insights
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept to analysis
  • Coordinate project photoshoots across North America
  • Collaborate with sales, product managers, and project teams to identify content opportunities
  • Support successful digital product launches across multiple platforms
  • Track campaign performance and recommend continuous improvements
