About The Position

The Media Analyst will play a critical role in driving the growth and performance of our Health & Beauty brand portfolio across key eCommerce and digital marketplaces. This individual will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and analyzing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and emerging marketplaces. This role requires a highly analytical, detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of performance marketing, marketplace dynamics, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and collaborating cross-functionally to develop and execute strategic media initiatives that support brand growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Public Relations or International Business or Communications
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital media, PPC campaign management, or eCommerce marketing
  • Experience with Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, or similar marketplace advertising platforms
  • Familiarity with PPC campaign structures, keyword strategy, and performance optimization techniques
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Data-driven mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and reporting tools
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working within the Health & Beauty, CPG, or eCommerce industries
  • Exposure to DSP, paid social, or off-platform media channels
  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, platform-native dashboards)

Responsibilities

  • Manage PPC campaigns for a portfolio of Health & Beauty brands across Amazon, Walmart, and emerging marketplaces
  • Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance against established KPIs and benchmarks
  • Execute daily campaign management activities including bid adjustments, keyword optimization, budget allocation, and audience targeting
  • Leverage advanced analytics tools and automation platforms to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness
  • Analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights to drive continuous improvement
  • Prepare and present performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders on a bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
  • Support the development and execution of strategic media plans focused on on-platform paid search and full-funnel growth
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Brand Management, Creative, and Business Development to align media strategies with overall business objectives
  • Stay current on marketplace trends, algorithm changes, and emerging media opportunities to maintain competitive advantage
