About The Position

Caretta Senior Living, a new assisted living community in Bellevue, Wisconsin, is seeking a part-time Med Tech. The role supports residents with activities of daily living, helps them maintain independence, provides physical and emotional support, and assists with treatments delegated by a Registered Nurse. The Med Tech observes residents for changes in physical or emotional condition, reports those changes to the case manager, engages with residents, and completes required daily documentation. The position is part-time, 16–24 hours per week, with pickup opportunities. Available shifts are 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m., and 10:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m. The listed pay range is $18.00–$23.00 per hour, based on experience. Requirements

Ability to make responsible choices and decisions and act in residents’ best interests.

Nice To Haves

Wisconsin CBRF certification (preferred).
Six months of experience in long-term care or an assisted living residence (preferred).
Registration as a Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aid, or Certified Nursing Assistant (preferred).

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living as indicated in their individualized service agreements.
Help residents reach and maintain the highest possible level of performance and independence.
Provide residents with physical and emotional support.
Assist with treatments delegated by the Registered Nurse, as specified in the resident service agreement.
Observe residents and report changes in physical or emotional condition, including changes in attitude, appetite, or weight, to the case manager.
Interact with residents to provide reassurance, engagement, and redirection as appropriate.
Complete required daily documentation, including the service schedule, flow sheet, and communication book.
