About The Position

Caretta Senior Living, a new assisted living community in Bellevue, Wisconsin, is seeking a part-time Med Tech. The role supports residents with daily living, treatments delegated by a Registered Nurse, and physical and emotional needs. The Med Tech helps residents maintain the highest possible level of performance and independence, observes and reports changes in their condition, provides reassurance and engagement, and completes required daily documentation. Available shifts are AM (6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.), evening (2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.), and overnight (10:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m.), each at 16–24 hours per week, with opportunities to pick up additional shifts. Pay is $18.00–$23.00 per hour, based on experience. The position is at Caretta Senior Living Bellevue, 1780 Servant Way, Bellevue, WI 54311.

Requirements

Ability to make responsible choices and decisions and act in residents’ best interests.

Nice To Haves

Wisconsin CBRF certification preferred.
Six months of experience in long-term care or an assisted living residence preferred.
Registration as a Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aide, or Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living as indicated in their individualized service agreements.
Help residents reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence.
Provide residents with physical and emotional support.
Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse and specified in the resident service agreement.
Observe residents and report changes in physical or emotional condition, such as changes in attitude, appetite, or weight, to the case manager.
Interact with residents to provide reassurance, engagement, and redirection as appropriate.
Complete required daily documentation, including the service schedule, flow sheet, and communication book.
