About The Position

The Nursing Assistant performs direct and indirect patient care tasks delegated by, and works under the direction and supervision of, a Registered Nurse. The role provides basic patient care, including bathing and hygiene, elimination and toileting, nutrition, feeding and hydration, ambulation, and positioning. The Nursing Assistant also supports patient safety and satisfaction by making regular rounds on the nursing unit and communicating effectively with all team members.

Requirements

• Less than 1 year of applicable experience.
