About The Position

This is a consultative style appointment setting position. The primary goal is to book high-quality consultations that show up and convert. The role involves making outbound calls to warm leads, handling inbound inquiries, asking discovery questions, building rapport, educating prospects on services, booking same-day or next-day consultations, and overcoming objections confidently and professionally to maintain strong show rates.

Requirements

• Outbound call center experience preferred
• Comfortable in high-volume dialing
• Strong communication skills
• Persuasive but professional
• Self-motivated and goal-driven
• Evening (until 9 PM) & weekend availability required
• Bilingual a plus

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm leads (200 Calls minimum a day)
• Handle inbound inquiries
• Ask discovery questions and build rapport
• Educate prospects on our services
• Book same-day or next-day consultations
• Overcome objections confidently and professionally
• Maintain strong show rates
