About The Position

Bodenvy is a rapidly expanding medical spa franchise specializing in permanent fat reduction and body sculpting, and describes itself as the nation’s #1 CoolSculpting provider. The Med Spa Outbound Appointment Setter role is a telemarketing and sales position focused on high-volume outbound calling to book consultations. The primary goal is to schedule high-quality consultations that attend and convert. The position is full-time and requires evening availability until 9 PM and weekend availability.

Requirements

• Be available to work evenings until 9 PM.

Responsibilities

• Make at least 200 outbound calls per day to warm leads.
• Handle inbound inquiries.
• Ask discovery questions and build rapport with prospects.
• Educate prospects about Bodenvy’s services.
• Book same-day or next-day consultations.
• Overcome objections confidently and professionally.
• Maintain strong consultation show rates.
