Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools
- Valid driver's licence with a clean driver's abstract
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Nice To Haves
- Forklift certification
- Basic electrical or mechanical troubleshooting experience
- Customer service experience
Responsibilities
- Inspect, repair, and maintain fire extinguishers and other life safety equipment
- Use hand and power tools to complete mechanical repairs
- Prepare equipment for field service and customer deliveries
- Assist Field Technicians with shop-based diagnostics and equipment preparation
- Maintain accurate service documentation
- Occasionally support customer site inspections and training
