About The Position
Garver's Water Design Center (WDC) in Greenville, SC is seeking a passionate Mechanical Intern to join their team of water treatment facility planning and design experts. This internship offers hands-on experience in design within a dynamic and professional environment, contributing to innovative solutions for community water needs.
Requirements
- Candidates must be pursuing a mechanical engineering degree at an ABET accredited program.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the design of HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical systems.
- Develop and interpret facility heat load models.
- Interpret relevant codes for use with design and calculations.
