About The Position

Moog's Design team within its Military Aircraft group is seeking a summer 2027 block intern. The role is onsite in East Aurora, New York, and contributes to engineering work at Moog. Work experience may involve continuous improvement, business process support, and/or project engineering, depending on the student's educational discipline. The position requires access to U.S. export-controlled information and the ability to relocate for the internship.

Requirements

Be enrolled in a Mechanical Engineering and/or other relevant Engineering bachelor's or master's degree program at an accredited university.
Have a GPA of at least 3.0; the exact GPA requirement will be specified by the department.
Be able to access U.S. export-controlled information.
Be able to relocate for the duration of the internship.
Demonstrate a professional disposition, effective communication skills, a strong desire to learn, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the preparation and execution of key engineering tasks at Moog.
Provide technical support to engineers as needed.
Work on activities that may include continuous improvement, business process support, and/or project engineering, based on the student's educational discipline.
Provide input on project processes, strategies, and execution.
Operate as a multidisciplinary member of a team of creative, independent individuals.
Represent Moog in a manner consistent with its technical and professional reputation.
