We’re looking to hire a talented Mechanical Assembler based in Denton, Texas. Reporting to the Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Mechanical Assembler is responsible for being the heartbeat of our production floor—assembling the mechanical core of the cutting-edge equipment that welders rely on every day. From power supplies and wire feeders to torches and gas systems, your job is to piece together the future of metalwork.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent
• Mechanical assembly experience, preferably in heavy-duty equipment, industrial tools, or welding systems.
• Solid understanding of pneumatic and mechanical systems; hydraulic experience is a plus.
• Strong ability to interpret mechanical drawings, BOMs (Bills of Materials), and assembly instructions.
• Manual dexterity, mechanical intuition, and pride in precision.
• Comfort working with metal parts, sharp edges, and a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate technical drawings, exploded views, and mechanical diagrams into fully assembled equipment.
• Use hand tools, power tools, jigs, and torque wrenches to assemble housings, mounts, regulators, feed systems, and precision components.
• Ensure components fit flawlessly- tight tolerances, clean finishes, and rugged reliability are your hallmarks.
• Spot misalignments, mechanical faults, or design quirks during assembly and work with engineering or QC to resolve them.
• Run mechanical functionality checks, airflow tests, and component diagnostics before equipment moves to final testing or shipping.
