About The Position

R/W Connection Inc. is seeking a motivated Mechanic/Fabricator/Technician to work at a customer location in Mill Hall, Pennsylvania. This full-time role involves assembling hydraulic and industrial hose products to customer specifications, managing inventory, and assisting customers with product selection and technical support. The ideal candidate has mechanical aptitude, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and good interpersonal skills. Hydraulic experience is a plus, but not required; training will be provided. R/W Connection is a Mid-Atlantic distributor of hydraulic and industrial hose, conveyor belt, gasket and sheet rubber, and industrial supplies. The company provides local support, inventory, and delivery, as well as services including custom hose fabrication and onsite testing, in-house die-cut gaskets, and field vulcanization for conveyor belts.

Requirements

Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with tools and equipment.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
Valid driver's license.
Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

Hydraulic experience; it is a plus but is not required, and training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Build and assemble hydraulic and industrial hose assemblies to customer specifications.
Manage inventory, including organization, stocking, and order fulfillment.
