About The Position
R/W Connection Inc. is seeking a motivated Mechanic/Fabricator/Technician to work at a customer location in Mill Hall, Pennsylvania. This full-time position requires mechanical aptitude, strong interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail. The role focuses on assembling hydraulic and industrial hoses, managing inventory, and supporting customers with product selection and technical assistance. Hydraulic experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with tools and equipment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift more than 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license.
- Self-motivation, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
Nice To Haves
- Hydraulic experience; it is a plus but not required, and training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Build and assemble hydraulic and industrial hose assemblies to customer specifications.
- Manage inventory through organization, stocking, and order fulfillment.
- Assist customers with product selection and technical support.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies.
