About The Position

R/W Connection Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Hose Fabricator Technician for its Industrial & Hydraulic Hose Department at its Landisville, Pennsylvania headquarters. This hands-on role assembles, tests, and prepares industrial and hydraulic hose products to customer specifications. Training is provided for motivated individuals interested in developing skills in a specialized trade within a stable and growing industry.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hand tools and machinery.
• Basic math, measuring, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

• Prior fabrication, hose, hydraulic, or mechanical experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and crimp industrial and hydraulic hose assemblies to customer specifications.
• Read and interpret work orders, customer requirements, and job specifications.
• Perform pressure testing and quality inspections on finished assemblies.
• Operate hose fabrication, cutting, and crimping equipment safely and efficiently.
• Manage inventory through cycle counts, stocking, and order preparation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality products and excellent customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
