This role involves monitoring all central mechanical systems, including boilers, HVAC units, snow melt, medical gas, plumbing, and emergency power systems, along with associated equipment that supports ProHealth Care buildings. The position includes performing preventative maintenance (PMs) and repair maintenance on selected equipment, building systems, and the buildings themselves. The Mechanic/Operator will also monitor the building automation system, assist other crafts, and work on all designated ProHealth Care System equipment. Additionally, they will perform PMs and repairs on assigned ventilation, heating, and cooling systems.
