Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must complete a pre-employment background check.
Customer service skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Welcome and greet customers entering or leaving the store.
Answer customer questions, help locate items, and provide recommendations.
Help customers select suitable cuts of meat and answer questions about preparation methods.
Receive and unload meat deliveries, verify supplier deliveries, and store products safely.
Stock shelves and cases, rotate stock to maintain freshness, and clean spills or debris.
Update displays, cases, and other customer-facing areas to showcase new items and promotions.
Clean work surfaces, equipment, and floors and remove trash to prepare work areas for customers.
Follow company and regulatory food safety and sanitation procedures.
Cooperate with others to support customer satisfaction.
Perform other duties that support the overall success of the company.
