About The Position

The Fresh Market is seeking a team member committed to helping make everyday eating extraordinary for guests. Team members may work in any store department, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. The role focuses on excellent guest service, helping shoppers find meal solutions, maintaining product knowledge, stocking and merchandising items, and supporting general store upkeep. The position requires a flexible schedule that includes weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.

Requirements

• Passion for providing extraordinary service.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to understand their wants and needs and help them create meal solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store and work across departments to assist guests.
• Create a hospitable shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products and specialty items throughout the day while assisting nearby guests.
• Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and assist with general housekeeping duties throughout the store.
• Present yourself professionally, including adhering to uniform standards.
