About The Position

The Meat and Seafood Team Member helps The Fresh Market deliver an extraordinary everyday eating experience by providing excellent guest service and supporting work across store departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. The role involves helping guests find meal solutions, maintaining product and weekly-ad knowledge, merchandising and stocking products, assisting guests nearby, collecting shopping carts, and performing general housekeeping. Team members are expected to present themselves professionally and follow uniform standards. The position pays $16.54–$17.25 per hour and requires a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.

Requirements

Passion for providing extraordinary service.

Responsibilities

Engage with guests to learn their wants and needs and help them create meal solutions.
Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store.
Work across departments to assist guests.
Merchandise and stock products and specialty items throughout the day.
Assist nearby guests while merchandising and stocking.
Gather shopping carts from the parking lot.
Assist with general housekeeping duties throughout the store.
Present oneself professionally and adhere to uniform standards.
